He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Eunice Mae Woodruff (Tucker); his sister Sena Lou Watkins (Raymond); and his daughter Betty Lynn Rott. He is survived by: his wife Betty Francis; his granddaughters, Monica Meyerhoff (Mark), Sarah Jones (Brian), Elizabeth Spellman (Scot) and Andrea Jurgensmeyer (Bryan); and his son-in-law Robert Rott. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
