He is survived by: his wife Marjory Allsman; his children, Mark Peterson (Tracy) of Plano, Texas and Monicka Richmeier (Corey) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Sarah Peterson of Irving, Morgan Richmeier of Topeka and Jaxson Richmeier of Topeka; and his brother Benjamin Austin Sherwood of Council Grove.
