He is survived by: his mother Peggy Notter (Wilton) of Alaska; his children, Branden Notter of Alaska and Kayleen Notter (Casey Collins) of Belleville, KS; his stepchildren, Teresa Campbell of Alaska and Robert Campbell of Alaska; his brothers, Ted Notter of Alaska and George Notter of Alaska; and his pet Meow Burt.
