She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bednar and Stella Elizabeth Bednar (Kauer); and her siblings, Maxine Clark, Gladys McCracken and Norman Bednar.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Surber; her son Steven K. Surber of Belleville; and her brother George Bednar (Pat) of Pueblo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be given to the Republic County Community Foundation or Central Christian Church, Belleville, KS.
