He was predeceased by: his wife Tina L. Outcalt; and his siblings, June Chesser and John Youngs. He is survived by: his children, David Youngs of Superior, Nebraska, Jasson Kouma, James Outcalt, Loran Outcalt and Liberty Edwards; and his brother E. J. Youngs.
