He is survived by: his wife Barbara Popelka of Belleville, KS; his sons, Frank Popelka of Cuba, KS, Mark Popelka (Michelle) of Belleville, KS, John Popelka (Terri) of Belleville, KS, Robert Popelka (Lesley) of Cuba, KS and Michael Popelka (Summer) of Seattle, WA; and his sister Mary Reed of Belleville, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
