He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Pack and Mildred B. Pack (Elliott); his brothers, Doyle Pack (Erma), Harold Pack (Lois) and Paul Pack; and his brother-in-law Bud Beneda.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Pack (Sharon) of Salina and Norma Beneda of Belleville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
