He is survived by: his children, Brad Kalivoda (Delorie) of Narka and Carolina Weltner of Wichita, KS; and his stepdaughters, Joanne Welch (Joey) of Wellington, KS, Cindy Moon (Lynn) of Burlingame, KS and Nancy Clark (Craig) of Beloit, KS. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
