He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Johnson and Virginia Johnson (Corman); his son Ethan Darrel Johnson; his stepmother Jan Johnson; and his siblings, Eric Johnson, Darla Johnson and Anna Christine Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Sheridan Johnson of Manhattan, Kansas. and Cole Thomas; his wife Lisa Johnson (Crouch); his daughter Ashleigh Thomas (Jonathan Wright); and his siblings, Rhonda Miller and Kerry Johnson.
