With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Williams (Belleville, Kansas), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on January 6, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Thompson Smith Jr. (Jack) and Lucille Ann Carter Smith; her daughter Kelley Lee Ford; and her husband Theodore Williams (Ted). She is survived by: her son Tom Williams (Molly); her granddaughter Elly; her daughter Mindy Weber (Kevin); her granddaughters, Kara and Hannah of Belleville; her son-in-law Charles Ford of Wichita; and her grandson Zachary Palmquist of Denver, Colorado..
