She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon D. Pugh and Carol R. Pugh (Gleason); her husband Wes (Dale); her siblings, Lynda LaClef and Bob Pugh; and her granddaughter Shaylynn Lee Morey.

She is survived by: her former spouses, Carl Wesley Ostrom and Dale Frankamp; her children, John L. Ostrom (Kelley) of Burwell and Julie L. Asch of Clyde, Kansas; her grandchildren, Brendon Asch, Jhett Ostrom, Justin Ostrom, Joel Ostrom, Jace Ostrom and Kierra Ostrom; her sister Stevie Swiercinsky (Ron) of Belleville; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Pugh of Belleville and Terrill LaClef.
