He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Harrold (Smith) and LeRoy Harrold; his siblings, Margaret Elmore, Genevieve Harrold and Dean Harrold of Cassville, MO.; and his sons, David Hamilton of Belle Plaine and Russel Harrold of Augusta, KS..
He is survived by: his wife Hope; his sister Doris MacDougall of Springfield, MO; his daughters-in-law, Jana Hamilton of Belle Plaine, KS and Lois Harrold of Augusta, KS; his grandchildren, Ashley Hamilton (Dan Himelic), Nick Hamilton (Vivian), Austin Hamilton (Kylie) and Mallory Storts (David); and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Molly Storts, Jocelyn Himelic, Hunter Hamilton, Ellie and Ryker Hamilton. He is also survived by four other grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Belle Plaine United Methodist Church.
