She was predeceased by: her parents, John Campbell and Iva Campbell of Portis, Kansas.. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Leo Macy of Portis; her children, Carol Moreland of Topeka and Ron (Debra) of Belle Plaine; her granddaughters, Rachel Burnah of Belle Plaine, Anna Middleton (John) of Udall and Elizabeth Macy of Derby; her siblings, Charles Campbell of Woodston, Charlene Tuxhorn of Smith Center, Sylvia (Ed Reinking) of Smith Center and John Scott Jr. (Marjorie Campbell) of Portis; and her sisters-in-law, Catherine Macy of Del Norte and Vesta Campbell of Maize, KS. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
