She was predeceased by: her parents, Neville Franklin and Leona Mae Matney (Charboneau); her husband Lloyd Chisham; and her siblings, Floyd, Clifford, Bernard, Marlin, Thelbert, Therold Matney, Neva James and Theila Phiefer.
She is survived by: her son Dan Chisham of Wichita, KS; her grandson Brandon Chisham of Wells; and her sisters, Carolyn Kleier, Charlene Roby and Arlene Mayes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Twillia's name be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
