It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert O. Morch (Bel Aire, Kansas), born in Postville, Iowa, who passed away on August 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeleen Bilden (Millard), Leo Morch (Maxine) and Rose Marie Foels (Walter); his siblings-in-law, Charles Eck, Don Thummel, Ned Truex, Sister Colleen Stover, Sister Elizabeth Stover and Dolores Eck; his son-in-law Charles Thomas; his nephew Stanley Herbert Foels; his great-nephews, Justin Thummel and Wesley Sanders; his great-niece Maegan Sanders; and also, Paul and Marie Stover.
He is survived by: his children, Herb and Jane; his grandsons, John Paul and Zachary Herbert; his wife Jane; his children, Elizabeth Welch (Chuck), Brenda Thomas (Joel) and Michael Morch (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Brian Welch, Michael Welch, John Paul Thomas, Elaina Garcia, Luke Thomas, Dylan Morch and Zachary Herbert Thomas; and his sister-in-law Mary Truex.
