He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bole; his daughters, Cindy Cook, Shelly Bole, Jennifer Bole and Debby Minner (Scott); his grandchildren, Emily Sarley (Andrew), Joshua Cook (Hannah), Abbie McRoberts (John) and Ryley Minner; his great grandchildren, Casey Jo and Stratton Sarley; and his siblings, Albert Bole (Barbara), Jim Bole (Carol) and Kathleen Burkholder (Clarence).
