He was predeceased by: his father Charles O. Millsap (Jane). He is survived by: his wife Berniece; his sons, Kyle (Melissa) and Trent Millsap (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Evan, Tristan and Wesley Millsap; his mother Naomi Bloom (George); and his brother Paul Millsap (Kristi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his name with the Gospel Assembly Benevolent Fund.
