We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to James Dean Brown of Beeler, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mason and Carrie Etta Brown (Smith); his siblings, Vera Whipple, Velma Stramel, Kitty Fisher and William Brown; and his nephews, Terry Brown and Dick Stramel.

He is survived by: his children, Jamie Dee and James G. Brown (Hutchinson); his stepchildren, Lorrie Little (Salina) and Marlin Portenier (Dodge City); and his grandchildren, Annagrace, Giulietta, Damon, Jamon and Gianluca. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to a hospice house in Jim's name or simply treating yourself to an ice cream in his honor.
