He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Clark; his wife Herlinda Garcia; and his children, Melissa Vaughn (Vince Rose) of Valley Falls, KS, Shawn Vaughn (Liz), Seferino Carrillo, Alex Carillo and Richard Chavez. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
