He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Foley and Rose A. Foley (Fritz); and his siblings, Donald "Jack" Foley, Joyce Lindeen, Edward Foley, Alice Horner and Darrel "Tom" Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Verna; and his children, Jodi Anderson (Ron), Stephen Foley (Michelle), Beattie Clelland and Amanda Clelland (Brian). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
