He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McFarren and Ruth McFarren (Musbach); and his brother-in-law Ron Roth. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Slagle (Justin) of Ness City and Shawn Summey (Michelle) of Deer Park, Texas; and his siblings, Kris of Ness City, Kory McFarren of Ness City, Kim Schugart (Jim) of Bazine and Melody Suppes (Jim) of Hutchinson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
