She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Votruba and Lydia Votruba (Heinze); and her son-in-law Ron Roots. She is survived by: her spouse Lee Dale Foos; her children, Blake Foos (Karen) of Elizabeth, Colorado and Charissa Roots of Wichita; her sister Delores Pack of Santa Fe; and her grandchildren, Cindy Vickers, Allen Roots and Brandon Foos. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
