We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ulie Floyd Carter of Baxter Springs, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Carter and Estie Carter; his wife Lorraine Carter; his daughter Nancy Kidd; his sister Louise Hamm; and his great grandchild Clancy Grace Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Moore (Tom) of Loma Linda, Missouri and Bill Carter (Sam) of Joplin, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Helen Sue Thompson of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to First Christian Church or Baxter Springs Historical Museum in care of the funeral home.
