It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Kay Kibel of Baxter Springs, Kansas, born in Quapaw, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Lee Eby. She is survived by: her children, Fred Marquardt of Riverton, KS, Edwin Kibel Jr. of Baxter Springs, KS and Meletha Kibel-Walters of Frisco, TX. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
