He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burkybile and JoAnn Strickland Burkybile; and his brothers, Charles and Frank Burkybile. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ernst; his daughters, Kimberly Lock (Jay) of Adair, OK and Sherry Tolle of Baxter Springs, KS; and his siblings, Albert Burkybile and Beverly Doss. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
