He is survived by: his sister Darlene Naff of Lawrence, KS.; his wife Justine Canfield; his sons, Tim Votaw (Trish) of Lawrence, KS and Eric Votaw (Nancy) of Goodyear, AZ; and his stepchildren, Gary Boothe (Tracy) of West Virginia, Ronald Boothe (Amber) of West Virginia and Holly Boothe. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild.
