He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ezekiel Van Horn and Jamie Adele Van Horn (Ginger Van Horn); his sister Jean Karber; and his brother-in-law Eldon Karber. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Bowen; his son-in-law Brian Bowen; his granddaughters, Danielle Morris, Nicole Dobbins and Kristin Bowen; his great grandchildren, Addison Bowen, Ryder Dobbins, Lyla Dobbins and Daxton Morris; his nephew Gale Karber; and his nieces, Glenna Murray, Janice Karber, Lou Anne Anderson and Mary Lynn Richardson.
