He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Welch (Venturella); and his brothers, Ollie, George and Fred Welch. He is survived by: his children, Terri Weathers (Trey), Lea Welch, Susan Gough (Steve), Curtis Welch and Joe Martin (Diana); and his siblings, Danny Welch (Ella), Jimmy Welch, Clara Spurgeon (Lee) and Linda McIntosh. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; along with extended family.
