He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Carlisle and Vera Carlisle; and his son Nathan Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Carlisle; his daughters, Courtney Blankenship (Michael) and Katie Jett (Jason); his brothers, James Carlisle (Cynthia), Jack Carlisle (Angela) and David Carlisle (Cindy); his grandchildren, Reese Blankenship (Katie), Ashley Hildebrand, Blake Boone (Hawanya), Harthe Blankenship (Madison), Jacob Blankenship, Garrett Blankenship, Ava Jett and Jackson Jett; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Boone and Ellison Hildebrand.
