It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denton Edgar Lazenby (Baxter Springs, Kansas), born in Parsons, Kansas, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Denton Lazenby and Edna Lazenby (McFerron). He is survived by: his wife Janet Lazenby; his children, Steve Lazenby (Brenda) of Kansas City, Matthew Lazenby of Rancho Cordova, Douglas Ball (Lisa) of Pittsburg, KS, Daniel Ball (Angie) of Tulsa, OK, Malinda Stewart (Joe) of Bentonville, AR and Deborah Ball McGeorge (Todd) of Pittsburg, KS; and his sisters, Martha Peck of Pryor, OK and Margaret Hawthorne of Cache, OK. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Baxter Springs Fire Department, Baxter Springs Ambulance, Baxter Springs Police Department, or First United Methodist Church.
