He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mullins (Hamilton); his children, Sherrell Mullins, Michael (Brooke Sikora), Tami Wooslever, Kathy (Nathan Randall), Jessica (Tyroll Sharp) and CJ Mullins Jr.; and his siblings, Jalene Davis, Wendy Humphries, Sherrill McConnell and Ted Edelen. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
