He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hopkins and Mable Hopkins (Durham); his wife Judy Deluch; and his brothers, Ernie Lee, John Paul and Patrick Henry.
He is survived by: his sons, Clifford Hopkins of Masa, Arizona and Dwayne Hopkins of Baxter Springs, Kansas; his sisters, Betty Haner and Daphene Webster; and his grandchildren, Shayla Hopkins and Ashley Hopkins.
