We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022, at the age of 93, Billie Gene Costlow of Baxter Springs, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles, Lloyd, Jim and Don; his grandson Brian; and his great grandchild Colby.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Means (Don) of Galena, KS, Kathy Wilson (Homer) of Baxter Springs, KS, Karen Green (Tom) of Pierce City, MO, Kay Dinger (Alan) of Baxter Springs, KS and Ron Costlow (Audrey) of Baxter Springs, KS; his sister Wanda Youngblood of Broken Arrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Christy Corbit, Josh Esquibel, Christopher Means, Andrea Dinger, Brad Biddle, Brent Dinger, Matt Biddle, Jake Hamilton, Kelsey Biddle, Lyndee Costlow, Corey Smith, Gage Smith, Brody Smith and Izzy Smith. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial donations may be made to Cornell Beshore Cancer Institute in care of the funeral home.
