He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Outt (Dick) and Virginia Outt; and his brother Richard Outt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Outt; his children, Gladys Shallenburger (Tommy), David Nelson Outt (Kristi), Virginia Smith (Barney) and Kayla Bresee; and his sisters, Linda Higganbotham (Joe) and Sandra Lucas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
