She is survived by: her children, Steven Hay of Ventura, CA, Jeff Hay (Carmen) of Galena, KS and Cindy Leal of Baxter Springs; her brother Richard Jacoby of California; her grandchildren, Cody Leal (Caroline) of Topeka, KS, Brandon Hay of Baxter Springs, Catelyn Spence (Reed) of Baxter Springs, Kyle Hay of Duneweg, MO and Amanda Kemp (Ryan) of Joplin, MO; and her great grandchildren, Heath Spence, Skyy Hay, Carson Spence and Emmalea Spence.
