She was predeceased by: her parents, Verner Twitchel and Mary Twitchel (McMillan); her spouse Winferd Hugh Owen (Pill); and her sisters, Betty Chastain and Lois Hulsey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Owen (Chi Poon) of San Ramon, CA and Vickie Walker (Roger) of Basehor, KS; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Dennis) and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, MaKenna, Connor and Lauren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations in her name to the American Cancer Society.
