He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Doc" Fouts and Marie Fouts; his brother Fred Fouts; his grandson Jake Fouts; and his son-in-law Dennis Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Fouts; his children, Carol Carmitchel (Richard), Steve Fouts (Martie) and Susie Kelly (Bill Howard); his siblings, Jim Fouts (Elizabeth), Elise Straton (Larry), Bob Fouts (Kathleen) and John Fouts (Mary); his grandsons, Kyle, Ryan, Joe Kelly, Travis Fouts, Nick, Chad and Tony Carmitchel; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Grant, Paige, Brooklyn, Christian, Annalise, Lilly, Parker, Jackson, Max, Mason, Enzo, Avery, Austyn and Annistyn.
