He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Brassfield; and his wife Glenna Brassfield (Miller). He is survived by: his mother Eliza "Belle" Brassfield; his children, Jo (Daniel Hickey) and Ben (Elizabeth Brassfield); his grandchildren, David, Jacob, Sophia and Jackson; and his close friend Teresa Mizell.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Home of Ben and Elizabeth Brassfield (18090 Evans Rd, Tonganoxie, KS 66086).
