With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy May Chaffin of Basehor, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Townsend and Cassandra Townsend; her husband Bobby Chaffin; her children, Lori Benton (David) and David Chaffin (Kerry); her grandchildren, Matthew Benton (Amy), Andrew Benton, Sarah Benton, Jamie Chaffin and Jerod Chaffin; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Benton and Mycah Benton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Bethel Neighborhood Center or Randi's Rockin' Dachshund Rescue.
