She is survived by: her children, Twila Betts (Kenneth), Trunisa Poke and Sperlynn Byers (Dawn); her grandchildren, Lyndsey Allen, Derrick Betts (Clarissa), Sperlynn Byers II, Ashleigh Byers and Brandon Byers; and her aunt Deweylene Story. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
