It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lela Wiley (Basehor, Kansas), born in Lenox, Iowa, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Brown and Grace Brown (Davids); her adoptive father Colin Anstey; and her grandson Bobby Wiley. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Wiley (Sherri Colbert), Lyle Wiley (Elizabeth), Mary Leonard (Ed) of Basehor, KS and Marie Heath (Shann) of Lake Ozark, MO.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great granddaughters.
Memorial Contributions can be made to the Fairmount United Methodist Church or the Basehor Historical Society.
