It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Reed-Medeiros of Basehor, Kansas, who passed away on August 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. and Faye Reed (Coleman); and her brother Glenn Reed. She is survived by: her husband Brian Medeiros; her children, Tim Cottrell (Ashley) of Piper, Kan. and Kimberly Cottrell (Julia) of Lawrence, Kan.; her grandchildren, Cooper and Nora Cottrell; and her brother Tom Reed of Basehor.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of Boston, MA., in care of the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home (4701 10th Ave. Leavenworth, KS 66048).
