He is survived by: his father Henry Boyer; his son Roman Ray Ares Boyer; his mother Lisa Boyer of Basehor, KS; his grandparents, Gail and Sonia Darling of Overland Park, KS; and his sister Hannah Atchison (Colby) of Bonner Springs, KS.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Jacob's son Romans Education Fund in care of Jacob's father, Henry Boyer.
