He was predeceased by: his parents, Flossie Edwards and Erwin Edwards; and his siblings, Donald, Leonard, Bob Edwards and Vivian.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Edwards; his children, Jack D. Edwards, Jr. (Donna) of Treasure Island, FL and Menda A. Rogers (Bill) of Kansas City, KS.; his sister Connie Bunny of Erie, KS.; his grandchildren, Cassie Fenton-Sayles (Derek), Brandon Rogers (Kiana) and Morgan Edwards; and his great grandchildren, William and Reveille.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
