He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Pauline; his siblings, Emilie, Stephanie, Georgine and Albert; and his niece Carole Hackett.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Allen Dixon, Linda Stankus, Greg, Shari Stimetz, Paul O'Boynick Jr., Gary, Jeff, Paula Rupp and Alana Smarker.
In lieu of flowers, Emil wishes any donations be given to Holy Family Catholic Church.
