He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Tallman and Matilda "Tillie" Tallman (Thorpe); and his siblings, Harold Lange, Oletha Lange and John "Bennie" Tallman.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Penner (Ronnie) of Basehor, Jerri DeLeon (David) of Bonner Springs, Dan Tallman (Kim) of Bonner Springs and Tracy Gates (Bob) of Lake Viking, MO.; and his grandchildren, Holly Tinberg, Jeff Penner, Jenne'Jungel, Marcos DeLeon, Kori Miller, Kirk Miller, Katie Kraemer, Kelsey Tallman, Robby Paterson, Samantha Paterson, Jeremy Paterson, Alison Gates and Taylor Gates.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (2301 S 34th St, Kansas City, KS 66106). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Alden Harrington Funeral Home (214 Oak St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012).
Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the name of Don Tallman.
