He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Donahue and Grayce Donahue; his wife Genevieve; and his sisters, June Hadl and Marlene Tonnelson.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Myers (Les) of Derby, KS. and Jeff Donahue of Basehor, KS.; his grandchildren, Nathan Myers (Amanda), Matthew Myers (Mandy), Amy Benton (Matthew) and Andrew Donahue; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Aubrey, Joshua, Mycah and Raiden. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Darrell was a founding member of the Bonner Springs/ Edwardsville Education Foundation, and he was a long-time member of the Rotary Club, The Bonner Springs VFW and the Gideons.
