He is survived by: his parent Michaela Diaz; his children, Benjamin Diaz, Jr. (Joan), Steven Diaz (Gregg Wyatt), Penny Taylor (Jason), Kathleen Ritchie (David), Anthony Diaz (Amber) and Aaron Diaz (Nichole); his siblings, Helen Estevez (Arman), Anthony Diaz (Juanita), Beverly Diaz (Clara), Fred Diaz (Marie), Jesus Maria Quintero (Alberto), Manuel Diaz and Mary Robinson; and his child LaDonna Faye Barthuly Diaz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
