She is survived by: her mother Doris Nanninga (Synovec); her husband Bruce Carter; her sons, Chandler and Chase; her brother Rustin; her father-in-law Louis Carter; her siblings-in-law, Darrel Carter (Debbie), Larry Carter (Cindy) and Debbie Herrman (Bryan); and her nieces and nephews, Grant Herrman, Carter Herrman, Franklin Carter, Christine Carter, Kailee Carter and Kylee Carter.
