We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 98, Wilma Lay of Baldwin City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Fowler and Lydia Fowler (Elliott); her husband Lowell; her son Bob Lay; her granddaughter Abby Jo Wehmeier; and her sister Juanita Sensintaffar.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lay of Osawatomie, Lloyd Lay of Bartlesville, OK, Lowell Lay of Lubbock, TX, Debbie Wehmeier (Mike) of Westminster, CO and Terri Gochenour (John) of Paola; and her daughter-in-law Billie Lay of Paola. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
